When will my order arrive?
Most in-stock items ship within 2-days of ordering. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please email our team at lifeguard@conigliopalmbeach.com so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Where is everything made?
Almost all of our styles are made in India! Our cardigans are made in China and our tanks, bodysuits and baby tees are made in Turkey!
We pride ourselves on using certified fair trade vendors. We partner with the highest level artisans and craftsman to achieve the best quality possible for our Free Size™ concept and ensure products adhere to the mission of inclusivity and flexibility.
A style I like is sold out. Will it be re-stocked?
Probably not!! All of our styles are small batch runs! We rarely recut the same style in the same print a second time. Keeps everything unique!
However, if you are just dying for something text us (561-631-1966) and maybe we have at one of our studio locations!

What is your return policy?
DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY - Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange ONLY. All items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be received within 14 business days after a return has been initiated to receive full credit. We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. All items must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still attached. We partner with Loop Returns for a seamless integration with our store and your busy life. To initiate a return, please use the link here and follow the easy steps on the Loop site. If you need further support with your return/exchange, you can email lifeguard@conigliopalmbeach.com. Please note we are a small independent business and not fast fashion. Because of this all returns are for exchange or store credit only.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course we do! Please note that for international orders, duties are not included.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
All full price international purchases are eligible for return to store credit or merchandise exchange within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the return postage. To initiate a return, please email lifeguard@conigliopalmbeach.com.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled (*excluding pre-ordered items, see note below). An order can be cancelled before it has shipped, however there will still be a 10% cancellation & processing fee.
*Pre-Ordered items can be cancelled within three business days of purchase. After three business days, a pre-ordered item may be exchanged for store credit.
